Green Energy Sales Manager

As a Green Energy Sales Manager at Ecotricity, you will be responsible for leading our B2B sales team in driving growth and revenue. This is a broad role that combines an element of selling and managing relationships with leading a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales leadership, coaching, and mentoring, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to retain existing business and attract new customers, while promoting Ecotricity's additional company assets.
This is a field-based business development and account management role, focusing on acquiring new strategic opportunities and engaging at a senior level. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
About the Job- Deliver against sales channels target in line with the overall B2B Sales plan
- Day-to-day line management of the TPI team
- Working alongside the Senior Manager to develop the channels sales strategy
- Maximise sales conversion rates of the team
