Alliances Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team at OJ Digital.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in driving new business growth and managing long-term commercial relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales, partner management, and strategic alliances, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities include scouting for new alliance opportunities, creating strategies to attract and onboard high-potential resellers and alliances, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective partners.
Additionally, the successful candidate will guide resellers through the onboarding process, ensure seamless integration with our products and services, and formulate plans to drive new business growth.
A basic salary of £70,000-£80,000 per annum, plus an estimated additional £50,000 in overtime earnings, makes this a competitive offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout for new alliance opportunities to broaden our partner network.
- Create strategies to attract and onboard high-potential resellers and alliances.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective reseller and alliance partners.
- Guide resellers through the onboarding journey.
- Ensure seamless integration with our products and services.
- Formulate plans to drive new business growth.
About You
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, partner management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business growth from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of co-marketing, co-selling, and sales enablement strategies.
- Skilled in identifying, sourcing, and developing new partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
