Customer Retention Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Retention Coordinator to join our team at the Automobile Association. This exciting opportunity comes with a salary of up-to £30,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up-to 10%, and requires working two days a week in the Cardiff office.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will champion all things loyalty and build retention campaigns that deliver an outstanding customer experience. They will work across both Driving School brands, AA and BSM, as well as three core customer groups: driving instructor trainees, learner drivers, and franchisees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and rolling out internal and customer-facing marketing materials, ensuring all teams have cohesive and up-to-date information.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of retention marketing channels and data analysis skills
- A bachelor's degree in brand, marketing, or communications (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders comfortably
