Sales Growth Manager

Superior Recruitment Group is a leading recruitment agency looking for a Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Sunderland. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our directors to develop and execute a strategic sales plan, driving revenue growth and expansion across the Northeast of England.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. With a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and develop personally while contributing to the company's success.
About the Role:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with directors to develop tailored recruitment solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market trends.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
