Business Development Director

Superior Recruitment Group is seeking a Business Development Director to join their team in Sunderland. This role will report directly into the MD of the business and involve selling recruitment solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a professional, hungry, driven, and focused sales professional with experience in securing meetings across the Northeast of England with new potential customers to discuss their recruitment needs.
The company has offices in Sunderland and Aberdeen and offers opportunities for career growth and development. The base salary range is between £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, with commission on every customer secured.
Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, preparing and sending pricing and product information to potential customers, and attending meetings with directors and clients. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements include proven experience in a similar outbound sales or customer service role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
