Business Development Director

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to join our dynamic team at Superior Recruitment Group. As we embark on a new chapter of growth, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive our business expansion efforts in the Northeast of England.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling recruitment solutions, with a strong ability to secure meetings with potential customers and build lasting relationships. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000, depending on experience, as well as a lucrative bonus scheme of £250-£750 per new UK customer and £750-£1500 per US customer.
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with aspirations to become the best in our field. You will be working closely with our experienced directors to develop your skills and knowledge, with a focus on driving sales growth and expanding our client base.
