Executive Business Growth Manager

Superior Recruitment Group is a leading recruitment agency with offices in Sunderland and Aberdeen. They are currently looking for an Executive Business Growth Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will have experience in driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. The base salary range is between £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, with commission on every customer secured.
Responsibilities include managing the sales team, preparing and sending pricing and product information to potential customers, and attending meetings with directors and clients. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements include proven experience in a similar executive role, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
