We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Development Director to join our team in Sunderland. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for securing meetings with potential customers across the Northeast of England to discuss their recruitment needs. You will work closely with our directors to understand our unique selling proposition and develop strategies to differentiate us from other agencies.

You will have the opportunity to travel to Aberdeen and support business growth initiatives, with all travel costs covered by the company. Our award-winning organization has generated over £10m in sales each year and has clients in 23 countries worldwide.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales or customer service, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. If you are motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the sales team in securing new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our client base.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
  4. Liaise with directors and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

What We Offer:

  1. A competitive salary range of £40,000-£60,000 based on experience.
  2. A bonus scheme that rewards new clients secured, up to £750 per UK customer and £1500 per US customer.
