We are seeking a dedicated Practice Development Partner to join our Learning and Development team in East Anglia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our services.


About the Role

This role involves working closely with Service Managers and their teams to drive quality improvement, ensuring that identified actions are implemented in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing dynamic training sessions/content as required by regulatory bodies and awarding bodies.


Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development and at least 3 years of experience within Health & Social Care Settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
  • Evidence of providing inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
