Job Description:
The Practice Development Partner will work closely with our Swanton Service Managers to design, deliver, and assess training sessions/content, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to create an inclusive environment, and evidence of inspiring leadership. As a member of our Learning and Development team, you will contribute to driving quality improvement and achieving our company's vision.

Responsibilities:
  • To design and deliver dynamic training sessions/content as required by regulatory bodies and awarding bodies.
  • To assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development, as well as 3 years experience within Health & Social Care Settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Evidence of providing inspirational leadership and motivating others.
