Practice Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of excellent practice within our Children's Services department. As Practice Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward high-quality practice and ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and young people in Norfolk.
The ideal candidate will have significant post-qualification management experience, including line management of teams. You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of the practice development offer, working closely with teams across Children's Services to develop practice models that prioritize children's feedback.
As a registered Social Worker, you will provide professional leadership, guidance, and development for social work and social care professionals across the children's system. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating an effective learning culture, fostering conditions for learning and practice development to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of the practice vision and core principles
- Design and deliver the practice development offer
- Provide professional leadership, guidance, and development for social work and social care professionals
- Create an effective learning culture
- Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
