A leading, global AJ100 architecture practice seeks an experienced Administrator to join their Norwich studio. As an employee-owned business, they offer a collaborative working environment where you can grow and develop.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the studio, ensuring its smooth operation. This role involves project coordination, facilities management, and office administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the Studio Leadership team
  • Implementing and maintaining business procedures with the Regional Studio Manager
  • Supporting Project Leads with fee and resource management, conducting project reviews, and updating project management software
  • Facilities management for the office
  • Providing project admin support to teams, including creating documents, booking travel, printing reports, and drawings
  • Front office duties, such as meeting and greeting high-profile clients, answering calls, and managing meeting logistics
  • Organizing employee events

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Flexible approach with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team locally, regionally, and across the wider business
  • Strong MS Office skills

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
