HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Ingram Micro Asia Pacific. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the UK HR Manager and driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global technology distributor, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our organisation's growth and success. Reporting into the UK HR Manager, you will work closely with Operational leaders to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organisational development.
Based at our Norwich site, you will be part of a hybrid working environment, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. With circa 750 people in the UK organisation, this is a unique chance to make a meaningful contribution to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with Operational leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR practices, including coaching, talent management, and employee relations.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with leaders to define performance standards, create strategies for employee performance improvement, and ensure effective succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, ensuring adherence to legislation, regulations, and internal policies across the organisation.
- Organisational Development: Partner with Operational leaders to assist in talent acquisition, retention, and development, identifying and addressing skills gaps to support business growth.
- Project Leadership: Lead and/or support HR-related projects, such as employee engagement surveys, compensation reviews, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organisational restructuring.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- CIPD Qualification: Full CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum, Level 7 preferred) or similar qualification in Human Resources.
- Experience: 5+ years of generalist experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a Business Partner or strategic HR role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
