Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Devonshire, a global omni-channel communications business.

Company Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in providing day-to-day support and advice to business managers and employees alike. You will be responsible for delivering strategic and creative ideas to support the Norwich site in achieving its goals and implementing HR objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To provide full HR support and guidance to business managers, ensuring best practice in People Management is achieved and that the business operates legally and ethically.
  2. To develop an HR presence in the business and maintain awareness of employee/management challenges, updating stakeholders as necessary.
  3. To assist with new business opportunities and renewals.
  4. To lead on TUPE transfers and restructuring programmes.
  5. To liaise with HR Shared Services to enable efficient delivery of HR Administration.
  6. To support the Learning & Development team with the delivery of learning opportunities and training requirements for the site and broader business.
  7. To establish and maintain systems for monitoring, measuring, and reporting on HR activity.
  8. To input and ensure delivery of any agreed HR projects or initiatives determined by the HR Director or site Senior Leadership Team.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Proven experience of TUPE in both unionised and non-unionised environments.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, oral, email, and presentation.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, specifically the ability to use pivot tables and formulas.
  • Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and recommend solutions.
  • A positive attitude towards dealing with people.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, customer service, and organisational skills.
