We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to join our team in Norwich.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Salary: £24,000 + Profit Share Bonus Scheme per annum.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity, performance metrics, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience in business development, preferably in the temporary healthcare recruitment sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum.
