Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team at JobsBatch. As a Strategic Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have significant HR management experience working with senior stakeholders, well-honed project management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape and deliver the HR strategy, manage high-profile people projects, and develop organisational development, performance, leadership development, talent management, reward, L&D, and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (MCIPD)
  • Significant HR management experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Well-honed project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build credible relationships and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
