The Human Resources Business Partner will support the UK HR Manager in providing expert advice and guidance on human resources matters to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.

Job Purpose

The HRBP will build strong relationships with Operational leaders to drive employee engagement and optimize talent management. They will ensure effective HR processes support organisational growth and success through coaching and developing employee relations policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Collaborate with leaders to define performance standards and create strategies for employee performance improvement.
  • Provide guidance on succession planning and career development to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Identify and address skills gaps to support business growth through training and development programs.
  • Assist the HR Manager in implementing organisational changes to ensure a smooth transition and employee buy-in.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in generalist HR, talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.

Key qualifications include:

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum, Level 7 preferred) or similar qualification in Human Resources.
  • 5+ years of generalist experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a Business Partner or strategic HR role.
  • Experience in employment law, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
