Job Description:

In this dynamic role as a Business Partner for Strategic Growth and Development, you will be instrumental in driving business success and delivering high-quality HR services to the Norwich site. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a passion for strategic thinking and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide proactive support and guidance to business managers, ensuring that best practices in People Management are achieved and the business operates within legal and ethical frameworks.
  • Develop a strong HR presence on-site, maintaining awareness of employee/management challenges and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Support new business opportunities and renewal efforts, utilizing your expertise to drive growth and expansion.
  • Serve as the lead HR representative for TUPE transfers and restructuring programs, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services to deliver efficient HR administration and support the team's goals.
  • Partner with the L&D team to develop and implement learning opportunities and training requirements, enhancing skills and knowledge across the site and broader business.
  • Establish and maintain systems for monitoring, measuring, and reporting on HR activities, providing valuable insights and data-driven decisions.
  • Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and initiatives as determined by the HR Director or site SLT, applying your expertise to drive positive outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Strong TUPE experience in unionized and non-unionized environments, with the ability to navigate complex changes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, email, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables and formulas, to analyze data and drive insights.
  • Able to think critically, generate innovative solutions, and recommend actionable plans.
  • A positive attitude towards people management, with strong interpersonal, listening, customer service, and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary range for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
