Job Overview:
The Practice Development Partner will play a vital role in supporting our Swanton Service Managers and their teams to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes designing, delivering, and assessing dynamic training sessions/content as required by regulatory bodies and awarding bodies. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all regulated and required training is identified and delivered in a timely manner, ensuring compliance is reached at the national benchmark 95%.
  • To produce an accurate monthly report outlining regional compliance, key actions/communications, contributing factors to compliance, good news, added value, and role/regional specific priorities.

About You:
We are seeking a pro-active Practice Development Partner to join our Learning and Development team in East Anglia. To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development, as well as 3 years experience within Health & Social Care Settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
  • Evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
