We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our East Anglia team at Swanton Care and Community. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving quality improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and deliver all regulated training in a timely manner, ensuring compliance is reached at the national benchmark 95%.
  • To produce a monthly report outlining regional compliance, key actions/communications, contributing factors to compliance, good news, added value, and role/regional specific priorities.
  • To hold a Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development and have 3 years experience within Health & Social Care settings.

You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. Additionally, you must demonstrate evidence of providing inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
