Job Title: Learning & Development Advisor

The company is a housing association based in the East of England, providing quality homes and services to people across Norfolk and Suffolk. They manage over 6,000 homes, including affordable housing for those in need.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our People Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a professional and effective L&D service to managers and colleagues, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and colleagues on integrated L&D practices aligned to our values and culture.
  • Collaborate with leaders to create a learning culture that supports professionalisation and continuous professional development.
  • Review and improve L&D processes and systems to ensure they maximise colleague experience.
  • Maintain and develop our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting colleagues to use it effectively.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of commitment to Continued Professional Development (CPD).
Key Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrable L&D advisory experience with a strong L&D background.
  • Designing and delivering learning interventions.
  • Working with apprentices and wider apprenticeship experience.
  • Enhancing onboarding and induction processes to improve colleague experience.

Salary: £38,000 per annum.
