Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to our learners in the hospitality sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and help shape the future of the industry. As a Learning and Development Professional, you will have the chance to grow your skills and experience, as well as gain a teaching qualification.

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, a holiday purchase scheme, and access to a range of wellbeing services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have recent professional experience gained at Management level in a hospitality setting. You should also have extensive relevant vocational experience, strong communication and self-motivation skills, and GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).

In addition to these qualifications, it would be beneficial if you had a Level 4 Qualification in Hospitality Management, or equivalent, and experience of operating within a WBL/education environment.
