About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach English to students at Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that promote academic excellence and personal growth.

  • To provide support and guidance to colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student achievement and well-being.

Requirements:

  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE) and a strong track record of success in teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire students, adapting teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • An understanding of the importance of effective classroom management and behavior strategies, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

What We Offer:
