Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our specialist school in Quidenham, Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students and assisting teachers in a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Support students with individual and group work
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Monitor and record student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
As a Learning Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. Your role will involve working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and support to students with additional needs.
The salary for this role is £21,709.61 - £22,388.59, dependent on experience.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our students. You will be responsible for providing support to students in the classroom, as well as participating in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You should also have a strong understanding of the needs of students with additional needs and be able to adapt your approach accordingly.
