Graduate Education and Learning Support: Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Education and Learning Support professional to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to assist in lesson planning and delivery, provide individual and small-group support, and supervise students during activities and breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to students with SEMH needs.
  • Provide individual and small-group support to students, promoting their social skills and positive behaviour.
  • Supervise students during activities and breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights into student progress.
  • Contribute to the overall pastoral care of students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • Experience working with children, preferably with SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues.
