Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Norwich. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with SEN.
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students' understanding and progress.
  • Assist in the implementation of tailored education plans (IEPs) to cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children who require additional support due to SEN.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications in education or SEN support is highly desirable.
