We are seeking a qualified Teaching and Learning Support Professional to join our team at CV-Library.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support to students with complex needs.

Your role will involve assisting teachers in lesson planning and delivery, providing individualised support to students, and supervising students during activities and breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Providing one-to-one and group support to students.
  • Supervising students during activities and breaks.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, contributing to the overall pastoral care of students.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, preferably with SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High levels of patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum is on offer, along with professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
