Teaching Assistant Job Description
In this role, you will be working as a Support Worker for pupils with special needs in a SEN school located in Quidenham, Norwich. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a positive and supportive relationship with pupils, promoting their emotional and educational well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Promote independence and personal growth in students while upholding high standards of behaviour
• Collaborate with the clinical team and Senior Leadership Team to provide individualized support
• Assist in the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment

Salaries
The annual salary range is £21,709.61 - £22,388.59, dependent on experience.
