Careers and Enterprise Support Role
The Norfolk and Suffolk Careers Hub is a partnership between The Careers and Enterprise Company, Norfolk County Council, and Suffolk County Council, working together to provide outstanding careers education to young people in over 140 secondary schools, special schools, and further education colleges.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Norfolk and Suffolk Careers Hub team as an Enterprise Coordinator, working with schools, colleges, and employers to support the delivery of high-quality careers programmes.
You will be working alongside an established team to build the capacity of schools, post-16 centres, and colleges to deliver career development programmes, including business engagement and recruitment of volunteers from local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Support schools and colleges in developing their careers and enterprise activities
- Build relationships with local businesses to support career development programmes
- Recruit and manage volunteers from local businesses to support careers education
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of careers, education, and information advice and guidance
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with external stakeholders
- Proven ability to support and challenge senior leaders in schools
