We are seeking two Care Support Specialists to join our team, supporting young adults in developing positive and effective independent living skills.
In this role, you will contribute to making plans to support them, assist with implementation, and attend statutory reviews as required.
You will be an excellent role model, forming effective relationships with young people and their families to ensure their emotional and physical needs are met and opportunities for their development are maximised.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of support work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with young people. Your organisational skills will enable you to plan and prioritise your workload effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career through the chance to attain your Level 3 Children's Workforce Diploma – which is fully funded.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,294 - £25,979 per annum pro rata, plus weekend pay enhancements and sleep-in payments (Grade E). You will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working opportunities, a generous holiday entitlement, and access to health and wellbeing services.
Based in Caister-on-Sea, you will be required to travel to other homes throughout the Norfolk area, so a reliable form of transportation is essential. The role may include evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins as required.
