Job Summary

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, working closely with the nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and recording of patient observations, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  2. Escalating any issues or concerns to the relevant registered staff member.
  3. Providing personal care, continence assistance, and mealtime support to patients.
  4. Cleaning equipment and ward areas as needed.
  5. Handling clinical samples and swabs.
