Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care services in the UK, and we are currently seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will work on a flexible basis to provide cover for our care homes across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Providing support and companionship to our residents
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and family members
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who has some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a warm and empathetic approach. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £11.50-£12.00 per hour, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive training and development opportunities.
