Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the operations team, focusing on staff development and skill enhancement.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement, ensuring tailored training solutions.
  • Develop and implement training plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, driving business success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably in Education or Training, and at least 2 years of experience in learning and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Estimated Salary: £32,180.16 per annum
