  • With a focus on apprenticeships, you will review and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to maximise colleague experience.
  • You will advise and coach managers and colleagues on integrated L&D practices aligned to our values and culture.
  • Promoting EDI and wellbeing approaches, you will ensure these are embedded across L&D policies, procedures, and practices.
