About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Norfolk Forensic Community Learning Disability team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting plans for accelerated transformation in forensic learning disability services, improving continuity of care for patients, and reducing length of hospitalization.

Main duties of the job:

  • Develop and deliver training packages on Forensic Learning Disability topics
  • Provide consultancy and advice to community learning disability teams and in-patient units
  • Conduct specialist risk assessments using Structured Professional Judgment (SPJ)
  • Deliver community-based therapeutic interventions and participate in discharge planning
  • Manage a caseload of people with Learning Disabilities and associated mental health needs

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
