About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, devising personalized care plans, and evaluating outcomes that promote patient empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with other professionals in an Assessment & Treatment environment to:

  • Assess patients' needs and develop Person-Centered care plans
  • Provide high-quality, individualized care that addresses the needs and wants of adolescents and adults with learning disabilities and/or overlapping psychiatric disorders or challenging behaviors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Academic qualifications - RNMH/RNLD/RMN
  • Membership of NMC
Desirable Qualifications and Skills

We welcome candidates with additional skills and qualifications, including:

  • ENB 998/Mentorship
  • Completion of management training
  • Teaching/training experience
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • An estimated salary of £34,600 per annum (Band 5)
  • Recruitment and Retention Premium (RRP) of £6,000 per year on top of the Band 5 salary
  • The successful candidate will receive up to £120 towards their registration fee, which will be paid upon commencement
