Learning Disability Nursing Bank Staff

In this role, you will work closely with other professionals to assess service user needs, devise care plans, and evaluate outcomes that promote service user empowerment. With a focus on delivering high-quality individualised care, you will utilise your clinical skills to address the unique needs of each service user.

- Actively fulfil the role of Named Nurse for service users, providing holistic assessment, treatment, review, and management of packages of care.
- Clinical skills relative to the delivery of care in the service area.
- Effective working relationships with other professionals within the service area, across SBUs, Trust, and other NHS providers.
- Lead a nursing staff team in the absence of the Charge Nurse.
- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £37,600 per annum
