Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Temporary Band 5 Nursing position, you will work closely with other professionals in assessing service user needs and devising care plans that promote empowerment through the assessment process.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in healthcare settings, particularly within mental health or learning disability services. With access to a range of healthcare settings across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, and Norfolk, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.
In this dynamic role, you will participate in the assessment and treatment of service users, providing high-quality individualised care that addresses their unique needs. You will also lead a nursing staff team in the absence of the Charge Nurse, utilising your clinical skills to deliver exceptional patient care.
