We are seeking a highly skilled Haematological Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Norfolk. As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering specialist treatment to patients with cancer in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to administer chemotherapy treatments, maintain accurate records, and ensure that patients receive high-quality care. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,480 - £42,640 per annum.
