We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with nurse leadership experience to join our team at Recooty. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to provide exceptional care to residents.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Post-registration experience as a registered nurse.
- Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills.
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions and remain composed under pressure.
What We Offer:
