Spire Healthcare is a leading provider of private healthcare, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting clinical excellence. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team in Norwich and contribute to the success of our Operating Department.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to take on a leadership role and develop their skills in a supportive and challenging environment. As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you'll be responsible for overseeing a small team, preparing operating theatre rooms for surgery, and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and educate junior staff, RGNs, ODPs, and carry out clinical supervision.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in clinical care.
  • Prepare operating theatre rooms for surgery, ensuring waste is minimized and equipment is ready for use.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, experience working in teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A minimum of 2 years' ortho scrub experience is required, as well as HCPC or NMC registration. If you're driven, motivated, and able to demonstrate your dynamic thinking, we'd love to hear from you

Estimated Salary: Up to £42,000 Depending on Experience
