We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Department Senior Role candidate to join our team at a leading private hospital in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a senior role and contribute to the success of our theatre department.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days), and advanced maternity/paternity leave.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, several years' experience in a senior or lead role, and be able to act as a mentor for junior team members. They will ensure that hospital policies and procedures are adhered to and provide top-notch patient care at all times.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through SFA training, and you will work with a well-established team in a state-of-the-art facility.

  • NMC or HCPC pin number required
  • Mentorship certificate preferred
  • Recent senior level experience within scrub and orthopaedics
