Job Description: As a Lead Orthopaedic Scrub, you will be responsible for overseeing theatre operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and mentoring junior team members. You will work closely with our client's well-established team in the Theatre department, offering a range of specialist services.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and have recent senior-level experience within scrub and orthopaedics. A mentorship certificate would be advantageous.
