Estimated Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Description:

Meditalent's Private Hospital in Norwich is seeking an experienced team lead to oversee our orthopaedic team. As a key member of the Theatre department, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading a team of scrub practitioners.

This position requires strong communication skills and several years' experience in a senior or lead capacity. You will mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures. A valid NMC or HCPC pin number and mentorship certificate are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of scrub practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

A valid NMC or HCPC pin number, mentorship certificate, and recent senior-level experience within scrub and orthopaedics are required. Industry-recognised qualifications and certification in SFA training are desirable.
