Orthopaedic Team Leader Position

Are you a driven and passionate individual seeking a challenging role in orthopaedic leadership?
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Orthopaedic Team Leader, overseeing a small team and working closely with a Theatre Manager and other Team Leads.
You will be responsible for assisting patients undergoing elective procedures, while also driving service improvement and contributing to the overall advancement of the Operating Department.
We are looking for a registered nurse or operating department practitioner with experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision. Previous leadership experience is advantageous, but we offer award-winning training and CPD.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' ortho scrub experience, be passionate and driven, and able to demonstrate their dynamic thinking. Completed SFA training would be an advantage.
