As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Orthopaedic Theatre. Key Responsibilities:
  • Care for patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Orthopaedic Theatre.
  • Provide planned care during the perioperative stage, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team, promoting a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Act as a Scrub Practitioner across various clinical specialities, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Package and Benefits:
  • Generous salary of up to £38,000.

The ideal candidate will have HCPC registration as an ODP or NMC registration as a Nurse, without restrictions, and at least 2 years of Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
