About the RoleThis permanent position offers a salary range of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have:
- A thorough understanding of orthopaedic procedures
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage the Scrub/Recovery team
- Motivation to drive personal and team success
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing procedures, assessing their needs, and implementing and evaluating their care plans. You will also assist in the management and organization of care provision within the Scrub/Recovery team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Caring for patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures
- Providing planned care for patients within the perioperative stage
- Assisting in the management and organization of care provision within the Scrub/Recovery team
- Working across multi-disciplinary teams
- Acting as either Scrub/Recovery Practitioner across various clinical specialties
