Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Scrub Practitioner
Spire Norwich is seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join their well-established theatre department.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support in assessing patient health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing procedures
- Working effectively within the Scrub/Recovery team to manage and organise care provision
- Acting as either Scrub/Recovery Practitioner across a range of clinical specialities
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Assessing patient needs, implementing and evaluating their care
Requirements:
- HCPC registered ODP or an NMC registered Nurse with no restrictions
- At least 2 years Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work on rotation in different specialities
