Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Scrub Practitioner



Spire Norwich is seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join their well-established theatre department.



The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support in assessing patient health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing procedures
  • Working effectively within the Scrub/Recovery team to manage and organise care provision
  • Acting as either Scrub/Recovery Practitioner across a range of clinical specialities
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Assessing patient needs, implementing and evaluating their care


Requirements:



  • HCPC registered ODP or an NMC registered Nurse with no restrictions
  • At least 2 years Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work on rotation in different specialities
