Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join their esteemed facility. As a key member of the theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. Your expertise and dedication will make a positive impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgical procedures.
- Provide planned care during the perioperative stage.
- Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team.
- Act as a Scrub Practitioner across various clinical specialities.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
Package and Benefits:
- Generous salary of up to £38,000.
- £3,000 joining bonus (T&Cs Apply).
- 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.

The ideal candidate will have:
- HCPC registration as an ODP or NMC registration as a Nurse, without restrictions.
- At least 2 years of Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work across different specialities on a rotational basis.
