Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Care Practitioner to join our team as a Night Senior Carer at one of our care homes. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and developing effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support* Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews* Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals* Participate in on-call shifts and respond to emergencies as needed
